    DCNL12-RDK150 G2AY collector (V2.06) (DTU) (uplink NB-IoT, downlink RS485) is a universal protocol product what based on edge computing on the directional protocol collector. The collector is suitable for all communication protocols of the RS485 interface standard.

    The collector is convenient and easy to use, and only needs to install the collector in the area where covered by the NB-IoT signal. It can read the terminal’s data automatically, and upload to the COAP cloud platform. DCNL12-RDK150 G2AY collector has strong adaptability. There is no requirement for the communication protocol of the downlink terminals. Only the baud rate of the RS485 bus is the same, and the communication addresses are different. It can automatically collect data from multiple terminal devices.


    Main Features:

    1. Active Upload / Two-way Transparent Transmission:

    The collector applies edge computing technology and has strong data storage, processing and control capabilities.

    Through the local configuration of RS485 port and remote NB-IoT wireless port, the collector's task list and upload cycle time can be set to realize automatic reading and active upload functions.

    Professional interface data control technology, which preferentially processes terminal transparent transmission instruction frames and collector parameter setting instruction frames issued by the IoT platform to realize the direct control of the terminal by the master station.


    2. Any Protocol / Hybrid Collection:

    There is no requirement for the communication protocol of the downstream terminal devices. It is compatible with all communication protocols of the RS485 interface standard. Only the baud rate of the RS485 bus is the same and the communication address of the same type of terminal is different.

    Automatically detect and process the data stream of the NB-IoT wireless port, effectively divide the data when merging and sending the data receiving subframes, and send the data in frames to achieve the function of receiving / transmitting big data; effectively overcome the NB -Limit of IoT single frame data volume less than 512 bytes.


    3. Cascade 32 Terminal / Rail Installation

    Supports downlink RS485 interface (the baud rate can be set), which can realize 1 or up to 32 terminals to actively upload the collected data.

    Using 2P rail type installation, small size and good stability.


    4. AC / DC Power Supply

    Working voltage AC 220V or DC12V-36V.

    Collector status indications are abundant, and the status indicator can be used to determine the working status of the collector on site. The parameters configured when the module is powered off can be saved and automatically restored when it is powered on again.


    5. Isolated Power Supply / Tool Software

    Isolation power supply: Applying the company's patented technology, has the functions of active isolation, anti-lightning, anti-drying, anti-high voltage, etc., effectively protecting the normal operation of the power supply and the RS485 interface.

    The set-up tool software of the PC-based collector can be used to read / write multiple operating parameters of the collector through the local RS485 interface. The collector has the download function of the copying task list of the downlink terminal device, eliminating the need for the collector to download. Multi-layer management of terminal equipment files and tasks simplifies the workload and operational difficulty of on-site parameter configuration.
