Product Introduction:
The belt conveyor is the ideal highly efficient and continuous
transmitting equipment.

Conveyor working environment is generally between -10°C ~ +40°C,
requiring material temperature does not exceed 70 °C; Heat
resistant rubber belt conveyor can be below 120 °C high temperature
materials.
The smooth, continuous surface of a conveyor belt is ideal for many
product handling applications.
Belt conveyors are the most commonly used bulk handling conveyors
in history due to their reliability, versatility, and range of
capacities. Materials from fine powders to large, lumpy stones can
be handled on a belt conveyor, and these conveyor belts are used in
a wide variety of material transport applications such as
manufacturing, food processing, and heavy industry.
Features:
1. The buckets are made of a food grade reinforced polypropylene,
molded in one piece and can handle temperatures from -10 to 120
degrees Fahrenheit.
2. The bucket elevators allow for controlled feeds at one or more
locations and can easily interface with various types of feeding
devices.
3. All parts have easy to remove inspection covers and a
conveniently located inspection window. The buckets have a quick
release mechanism to facilitate fast installation or removal of
buckets. All elevators are equipped with an automatic chain
tensioning device and built-in overload protection.
4. The geared reducer motor drived the machine have a stable
performance prolong the machine life and easy to maintainance.
5. Optional parts: Stainless steel and carbon steel.

Applications:
The conveyor is applicable for conveying vegetable, big size
product. The product is lifted by the chain plate or PU/PVC belt.
For chain plat, the water can be removed when the product is
conveyed. For belt, it is easy to be cleaned.
