Brief description:
Bulk/big/ton bag unloader used in chemical industry, plastics,
rubber, pharmaceutical, food and other industries of powder and
granular material in the ton bag unpacking discharging operation,
such as a large bag (ton bag) plastic resin, carbon black powder
and granular materials and food additives and other dry powder and
granular materials unpacking and discharging.
Ton-bag breaker is mainly applied to the powder material of
500KG-2500KG bag's unloading. It is widely used in industries of
chemicals, plastics, sewage treatment, infrastructure and other
industries. Ton- bag breaker charter not only effectively protect
the production environment, reduce the intensity of workers,
improve production efficiency, but also solve the problems of the
material is easy block due to moisture absorption and the problem
of material is difficult to be discharged.

lithium power industry, coatings industry, chemical industry and

7. After unpacking the bag, the material can be conveyed to proper
position by the chains conveyor, screw conveyors, pneumatic
conveying systems or other specialized conveying equipment.
Working principle:
By forklift or electric hoist to enhance the ton bags to the
equipment feed port, manually or automatically open the discharging
mouth of ton bags, open the flow valve and supplemented by
vibration device to promote powder or granular material(in the ton
bags) to rely on gravity fall into the hopper to complete unpacking
discharging work.
