Product introduction:
GK35-6A automatic sewing machine (wrapping machine) uses
light-controlled switch to control start-stop machine and
electronically controlled pneumatic cutter to cut thread braids
automatically. It is suitable for chemical factories, grain
processing factories, warehouses, ports and other enterprises with
higher automation requirements to realize automatic sewing of woven
bags, paper bags, cloth bags filled with materials.
Working process:
An automatic line braid cutter with electromagnetic coil control is
installed. When the bag is fed into the machine, it contacts the
starting device when pressing the foot, so that the proximity
switch starts sewing operation. After sealing, the starting device
automatically resets and the proximity switch cuts off the power
supply machine automatically stops. At this time, the cutter
controlled by the electromagnetic coil starts to move and
automatically cuts off the braid. Then, the cutter is automatically
reset.
