Equipment Profile:
This machine unit is developed by our company to solve the problems
of less available workers, higher labor cost and unstable manual
operating quality for feed industry. It uses Siemens PLC control
system, achieve bag positioning, inner bag thermal sealing, bag
sewing, labeling.
This unit uses Omron photoelectric system to complete several
important aspects of monitoring.
◎ Manual bagging monitoring: the material door is equipped with a
travel switch to detect whether the bag is tightened or not. If
not, the bag will be discarded automatically.
◎ bag error monitoring: If the bagging action is not achieved
according to the standard, the error signal will be automatically
transmitted to the packing scale to avoid production interruption,
material waste and on-site environmental pollution caused by blind
filling of materials.
◎ Miscellaneous bag monitoring: When the label is not in place,
disconnected, and foreign object interference occurs, the system
will promptly alarm.
Equipment Application:
It is applicable to the filling and packaging of a variety of
powder and granule materials in numerous industries including
fertilizer, Refractory castable, Refractory concrete, other chemical product, sugar etc.
