1.Man-Machine conversation:

or English
2)Material missing, splicing, jointing, fan and other switch are
also showed in screen
3)Finished products arraying and quantity and other features also
can be adjusted in screen
4)Production speed, shift output, arraying quantity, total
production, all of this information can be showed on PLC screen
2.Heating system:
1)Rotor temperature is controlled by thermocouple sensor and
temperature controller
2)Heating part of rotor adopts superior heating tube
3)Power input and temperature signal output are done by imported
mercury conductive slip ring
4)Rotor adopts cylinder to add the pressure, the rotor will auto
lift up when machine stop, and auto reset when machine running, and
manual control is also available
