Production process: sodium silica sand procese / vacuum process
Material: Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, Mn21Cr2
Application: cone crushers for all kinds of famous brand
Production ability: 50-5000kg/pc, 1000 tons/month
Other key abilities: less than 10% scrap material, pouring
temperuture control,
advanced heat treatment facilities with stable quenching time,
dimensions control during machining.

We are also provide service to produce customized products. Except
normal materials,
we also produce cones with alloy steel indert which can make cones
with longer service time.
According to our test from customer, some of cones can have twice
working life than normal materials.
