Introduction of Electrophoresis:
Aluminum profile electrophoresis is the process of forming a dense
resin film on the surface of extruded aluminum alloy placed in an
electrophoretic tank after DC power.
The electrophoretic bath consists of acrylic resin, cosolvent and
pure water. The electrophoresis process of aluminum profile
includes electrophoresis, electrolysis, electrodeposition,
electroosmosis, and four chemical reaction processes. The
characteristics of aluminum coating after electrophoretic coating
are: acid and alkali resistance, anti pollution, delaying aging of
aluminum profile, durable, bright, and easy to fade.

Advantages of Electrophoresis:
1. It is easy to realize automatic production. As electrophoretic
aluminum profiles are coated in water electrophoretic grooves, it
is similar to anodic oxidation and electrolytic coloring, and the
processing time is short. Where there is an aluminum wholesale
market, it is easy to realize the assembly line operation of the
whole process.
2.The coating is uniform and compact. Because of the high
penetration power of the electrophoretic aluminum coating, the
complex shape profile can also be evenly coated, and the thickness
of the film can be controlled by adjusting the electric quantity.
3. The utilization rate of the coating is high. Because of the low
viscosity, the workpiece takes out less, and the electrophoretic
work piece can be washed by water. The utilization of the recovery
device makes the coating utilization rate of electrophoretic
coating higher than 95%.
4. Safety and environmental protection. Because of the dilution of
water in electrophoretic aluminum coatings, low solid content and
low solvent content are environmentally friendly coatings, which
are free from fire hazards and ensure workers' health.
5. Coating quality is good. The acrylic resin is cured with amino
resin, which ensures high decoration and corrosion resistance of
the coating. At the same time, the metal texture of the aluminum
profile is effectively highlighted because of the high transparency
of the resin. The decorative effects of sublight, sand surface and
pearlite can be obtained according to the need.
6. Compared with the usual electrolytic coloring sealing
technology, it has the characteristics of saving time and saving
manpower. The electrophoretic coating does not need to seal the
hole and avoids the defects caused by the bad sealing of the hole.
7. The thickness of the coating can be freely controlled. At home
and abroad, 7 m and 12 m two are usually controlled.
8. Electrophoresis aluminum profile requires high management of
electrophoretic process to improve the yield of aluminum profiles.
