produced and shaped through an extruding synchronization with the
silicon core material and a low friction coefficient inside the
HDPE pipe .Because of that ,the HDPE silicon-core pipe provides
excellent covenience for cable laying due to the durability and low
friction coefficient inside the lubricating solid tunnel.It is
among the most advanced methods for optical cable protection in the
world today.
Product Features:
1, The lining of the silicon core layer is solid, permanent
lubricant;
2, The lining of the silicon core layer is pressed by
synchronization in high density polyethylene pipe wall, and evenly
distributed throughout the pipe wall, not peeling off.
3, The lining of the silicon core layer does not react with water,
wash water pipe after an accident.
4, The lining of the silicon core layer and high density
polyethylene with the same physical and mechanical properties;
5, Internal friction characteristics of silicon core layer remains
the same, cable in the pipe can be extracted repeatedly, blowing
