Product Function & Features
1. Industrial-grade enclosed structure design with imported main
accessories has good adaptation to complicated ore sorting
environment of high dust and high corrosion, thus application is
wider with longer serving life.
2. Adoption of 32 bit true color image processing method and HSI
color space based mathematical morphology achieves higher upgrading
speed and easier operation flexibility.
3. High precision full-color plane array CCD sensor technology can
detect the subtle color difference in 0.02mm2 according to the
different characteristics of the ore by using the unique image
processing method, thus our color sorters are capable of ensuring
high sorting accuracy of varied ore materials.
4. Having wider sorting range from 40 mesh to 10 cm, our color
sorters could greatly avoid waste of resources during customers
break raw materials repeatedly to get available to use normal color
sorters.
5. Utilization of double-layer wear& corrosion-resisting conveyor
conveys bulk materials flexibly, further increasing sorting
precision and reducing carryout.
6. Separation design of vibratory feeder and the main body of
equipment released the main body from constant big vibration of the
feeder, ensured higher stability and longer life of the equipment.
