Our company can only pull 1 × 4 or less at a time using the
parallel taper process. For 1 × 4 or more devices, multiple 1 × 2
devices are connected together. The whole is packaged in a splitter
box.
Fused tapered optical splitter bundles two or more optical fibers
together, then melts and stretches them on a tapered machine, and
monitors the change of the splitting ratio in real time. After the
splitting ratio reaches the requirements, it ends the melting and
stretching. The other fiber is used as the input end, and the other
end is used as the multiple output end.
A. Fiber Optic FBT Coupler is an optical device that combines or
splits power from optical fibers. Optical splitter divides light
from a single fiber into two or more fiber channels.
B . It features small size, high reliability, cheap cost and good
channel-to-channel uniformity, and is widely used in PON networks
to realize optical signal power splitting.
Our offers both tree and star type inline couplers/splitters. They provide a reliable solution to
split/combine signals. The splitting ratio ranges from 1x2 to 1x32
ports for tree couplers, and from 2x2 up to 2x32 for star couplers.
