the outer diameter of floating seal is from 35mm-1,000mm.
The hardness is HRC58-62 , the working face precision within
0.015um.
Flatness up to 0.1um-0.2um ,the lifetime is more than 4,000HRS.

Method of installation:
1.Usingspecialized equipment installation: The pressure will apply
to the O-ringdirectly. As shown, the special tool is placed between
the metal hole ring and the rubber ring, towards the seat hole, the
rubber ring is pressed evenly into the hole.
2. Other methods: An auxiliary O-ring is fixed between the sealing
surface of the floating oil seal and the C-ring (as shown). The
floating oil seal ring is applied equally by pressure and auxiliary
O-ring braces. Sealing the O-ring to ensure other mounting
positions.
