5/2 Way solenoid valve

a. The piston rod must be flexible. Manual test, it is easy to press the piston rod. After the hand is released, the piston rod can automatically return to the original position before the button is pressed. If it cannot be ejected automatically, please clean the dust inside the valve body and the piston rod and treat it with high-quality lubricant to ensure the piston rod can move freely.

b. Pilot valve pistons must be able to move easily and freely, like the piston rods.

c. The gas path for the normal operation of the pilot valve must be unobstructed. Those who are not smooth can comb the gas path to ensure that the gas path is unobstructed.

d. The solenoid is energized under normal conditions. The closing part should be lifted and there should be a sound of pickup. If it is abnormal to check whether the coil is burnt or not and there are debris inside the closing part, measure and clean the debris to deal with it.
