Hydraulic Loading Dock Leveler Description:

• Hydraulic Dock Leveler which is Simple and durable loading dock equipment to eliminate the step of the platform.The Hydraulic dock leveler is the floor and truck of the Doorway (dock).It is a device to eliminate the steps and gaps that can be between.In the hydraulic system, the leveler is elevating and opening and closing the lip.Hydraulic Dock Leveller is an efficient way to solve level the difference in height and distance between your warehouse floor and a docked vehicle.

Noted: Usually the dock leveler width is 1800mm or 2000mm, Normal length is 2000mm/3000mm. But we can make 5m extreme length hydraulic dock levelers.Also can make it as your requirements.

Main Features:

• 1. 16mm thickness diamond lip.
• 2. Heavay duty deck construction. 8 pieces " L" or " U" support under the platform
• 3. Anti-skid diamonds steel on the top face of platform.
• 4. 400mm width one -piece lip in hinges type or sleeve type for option.
• 5.Heavy duty high pressure cylinders
• 6.First class hydraulic power unit, good seal capacity and long life
• 7.250mm×250×100mm rubber bumpes to protect it-self when truck reverse to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard plate at both side to protect user.

• Hydraulic System: KS brand power pack ,other brands (Made In China) or imported power pack
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate sheet.Thickness 6mm/8mm/10mm

• Lip thickness: 16mm checkered plate
• Top face steel sheet on the deck:6mm/8mm/10mm optional
• High-pressure oil hose: Rubber hose with double wire steel mesh.
• Surface treatment: Power coating.
