About MG Semi-automatic dry mortar plant:
MG Semi-automatic dry cmortar plant is a new kind dry mortar plant,
it use Europe technology and improved based on Simple dry mortar
production line, it change the mixer from ribbon mixcr to be double
shaft paddle mixer, the mixing speed improved very much, it can mix
one batc material within 3-5 minutes, the mixer also equo fly cut
system, used for breaking additives, make sure the mixing more
unformaly. Semi-automatic dry mortar plant can realize manual
feeding and automatic weighing and packing, the packing range of
packing machine is 15-50KG per bag adjustable. This Semi-automatic
dry mortar plant consist of two screw conveyors, one 2m3 capacity
double shaft paddle mixer, one finish product hopper, one packing
machine, one air compressor, one control cabinet and complete set
of accessories.
