1.Overview.
Automatic spacer bending machine is a special equipment for making
aluminum frames of insulating glass,which replaces the traditional
fabrication technology.This equipment can make a variety of convex
polygonal aluminum frames by one aluminum strip in one time,thus
strengthening the aluminum frame,making the sealing effect of the
insulating glass more better.

The automatic bending machine continuous bending of aluminum frames in insulating glass.Bending of
aluminum frames can improve the sealing performance of insulating

servo control system.Pause and Reset device for handing equipment
failures.
(2)Four spacer size storage units.Generally can store 6.9.12.27
four kinds of aluminum frame.
(3)Separated guard board outside of bender .
(4)Auxiliary function of adjustment for bending large aluminum frame
,and specer are available in different sizes and sizes.For
example,circle,square,triange,hexagon,octagon,etc.
(5)Spare parts of all machine have ID codes,and more convenient
after sales service.
