Y2 Series Three Phase AC Electric Motor For Biomass Pellet Machine
Y2 series three-phase ac electric motor, developed with new techniques, are renewal and upgrading products of Y series. Y2 series three-phase ac electric motor are defined as totally enclosed, fan-cooled, squirrel cage type and noted for their novel design, beautiful modeling, compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, ample torque, excellent starting performance, easy serving, etc. According to international practice, the motors are adopted with F class insulation and designed with assessing methods for the insulation System. It dramatically enhances the motor's safety and reliability. Therefore, these motors have reached an advanced international level of such kind products in the initial days of the 90s. Y2 series electric motor can be widely used as driving equipment of various machinery, such as biomass pellet machines, machine tools, blowers, pumps, compressors, transporters, agricultural and food processing.

Application
Biomass Pellet Machine Main performance characteristics:
1. Simple structure, wide applicability, small footprint, and low noise.
2, powdered feed grass powder can be granulated without (or a little) liquid addition. Therefore, the moisture content of pellet feed is the moisture content of the material before pelleting, which is more conducive to storage.
3. The granules made by this machine have high hardness, a smooth surface, and sufficient internal maturity, which can improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients and kill general pathogenic microorganisms and parasites. As a result, it is suitable for raising rabbits, fish, ducks, and experimental animals—with higher economic benefits than mixed powdered feed.
4. This model is equipped with 1.5 ---- 20 kinds of aperture dies, which can adapt to the granulation of different materials and achieve excellent results.
5. Adapt to different materials to ensure the binding effect. The compression molding of wood chips and corn stalks requires a lot of pressure. In similar granulation equipment, the roller component is the central component of the entire kit, and high-quality alloy steel is used to increase the service life of the roller.
