BFE99 Melt-blown Nowoven Description
1. High-melt non-woven material made of polypropylene is the best
choice for mask materials. This material can also be used in the
production of disposable surgical gowns, isolation suits, sheets,
liquid-absorbent pads, infusion bottles and syringes for infusion
injections, etc.
2. The fiber diameter of the spunbond layer on the mask is about
1/3 of the human hair, and the M fiber diameter of the meltblown
layer is close to 1/30 of the hair. Because, finer fibers can
ensure better antibacterial barrier properties.
3. Medical masks generally have a three-layer (non-woven)
structure, which is composed of two layers of spunbond non-woven
fabrics that are professionally used for medical and sanitation,
and a layer of solution-sprayed non-woven fabric with an
anti-bacterial filtration rate of 99.999% Knotted by ultrasonic
welding.
4. Generally adopts a multilayer structure, referred to as the SMS
