Introduction:
1. Lead edge feeder:
a Suction feeder. Fan: 7.5 kw. Suction assisted paper feeding. The
air volume controlled by frequency and can be adjusted according to
the camber of the paperboard to keep feeding smoothly.
b four rows feeding wheels. Adopt Taiwan brand.
c Left and right baffle driven by screw rod electrical adjustment,
fast and easy operate.
d Up and down clearance of front baffle manually adjust
independent.
e Host adopt frequency control, start and running stable, save 30%
energy.
f There is interlock control clutch with die-cutting unit, to
realize sudden stop, stop feeding and recover feeding, and every
units jog.
g Back baffle adjustment manually.
h Paper skip feeding device. (It can feed skipped or continuously).
Lift paper and drop paper adopt cylinder to promote movement.
i Feeding counter, which set and display the production quantity.
K dust clean device.
2. Separation and combination of the machine:
a Control of separation and combination of machine units is
electrically, with alarm to keep the safety of
operating personnel.
b There is safe clutch on the transmission shaft, to avoid damage
to the machine when mis-operation(the host can not work when
unlock.)
c Pneumatic interlock device.
d Host motor start protect device.
3. Roller of feeding paper:
a Outer diameter of up roller : Φ155mm. Seamless steel, covered
with bearing rubber and treated with balance correction.
b Outer diameter of down roller: Φ155mm. Hard chrome-plated.
c Feeding roller clearance dial adopt bipolar self-locking worm
gear body adjusted manually. Use
eccentric gear to adjust clearance, with scale.

A: Our factory is located in zhuwa industrial area south of
Dongguang county, Cangzhou City, Hebei province, China. It is about
2 hours from Jinan International airport by car. And it is about 1
hour from Cangzhou high-speed rail station. We can pick you up if
you need, welcome to visit our factory.
3.Q: What are your products?
A: We are specialized in producing 3ply, 5ply, 7ply corrugated
cardboard production line, high speed printing machine, ordinary
printing machine, single facer, rotary die cutter and other
corrugated cardboard production equipments.
