RH-S600 Full-automatic PE Film Cloth Packing Machine
Application:
The machine adopts the latest technology of Korea. It is suitable
for packaging all kinds of fabrics, which can be adjusted
automatically according to the size of the packaging. It uses the
way of simultaneous packaging of both sides, which can save time
and improve the efficiency as well. Without using hot air
shrinkage, it can also undertake strong packing, further reducing
the power consumption; the general film can be used for packaging,
reducing the packaging cost.
Specific structure and configuration
1. The entry conveyor belt
Overall dimension is L5000MM * D500MM * H700MM, and gear motor form
Taiwan ChengGang Motor is adopted, with automatic induction
start-stop, automatic standby in the case of no packaging, to save
electricity
2. The host
A. Automatic detection department of fabric diameter and length
Korean ISTC brand is adopted for the cylinder, and Korean AUTONICS
brand for sensor, which are stable and durable.
B. Film supply department
Sensor induction supply film is used, which can automatically
adjust the film supply according to the fabric size detected in the
previous department. Rubber coating processing is adopted for
rubber roller, which is not easy to skid and durable.
C. Body conveyor department
4T PVC belt structure is used to keep the fabric always fixed
stopping in middle position of the equipment.
D. Pushing-off device
Double-department cylinder pushing-off device is used to move the
fabric to the center sealing position.
E. Middle conveyor belt device
Korean imported cover coping connection constitutes four groups of
parallel transmission platform, which position can be adjusted up
and down, to keep the seam of fabric always in the center.
F. Middle sealing department
Korean imported high temperature resistant Teflon coating tool post
is adopted for the tool post, and the seam is film which won't be
adhesive on the knife edge, to make the seam more neat and
beautiful.
G. Center vertical platform department
The sealing on both sides can be automatically adjusted up and
down, to keep the incision on both sides always in the central
position of the fabric end face
H. Both sides sealing department
For the sealing operation on both sides of fabric, Korean imported
Teflon tool post is used, and the cutting-off pre-drawn device with
exclusive use makes the fabric after packaging more compact
I. Hot air heating department
Korean imported ceramic heater and fan loop structure are used for
time adjustable heat treatment with blowing of the incision on both
sides
J. Hot air flap finishing department
The fabric after hot air heating will be moved to this position for
flap finishing on both sides, and the incision after finishing is
neat and beautiful
K. Lift machine taking out department
Packed fabrics will be removed from the packing machine
