Main features:
1, The product of this line with good appearance and practical
feature, with function of heat insulation, noise insulation and
fireproof.
2, Adopt heating oven of hot air cycle, control the polyurethane
foaming and the solidifying temperature in the appropriate context
strictly, to ensure that high-quality composite panel.
3, Adopt high-pressure foaming system, with feature of accurate
measurement, high stability. Less floating tablets at the spot
environment, so that ensures the health of the staff.
4, Using 141B foam to replace the CFC-based foam, the use of
polyurethane foam into a deal with the production of environmental
protection technology.
5, a special design of the DBL to get good profile, uniform
thickness, and it is not easy to be deformed.
6, PLC control system with using man-machine interface of
industrial computer, control of human design, operation is simple
and convenient.
