Our BSR powder blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing of dry granules & powders homogeneously. The ribbon blender gives best result for mixing of dry powder & granules due to the design and shape of the mixing ribbon and product container. It can be used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc.

Working method:

BSR series ribbon mixer consists of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially fabricated agitator. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical agitator. The outer ribbon moves materials in one direction and the inner ribbon moves the materials in the opposite direction.The ribbon moves both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times.

Main features:

1. Under the feasibility factor, the mixing effect of the horizontal ribbon mixer is not affected by the size and density of the particles, and also has a good mixing effect on the viscous materials.
2. The smooth mixing process reduces the damage to the fragile material, and the structure of the flying knife also acts as a crusher.
3. Tthe horizontal structure is lower in height and easy to install.
4. In the stirring structure, the forward and reverse rotating screws are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a low-dynamic and high-efficiency mixed environment.
