Our BSL double shaft paddle mixer is mainly applied in pharmacy, foodstuff and chemical industry. It
is suitable to blend dry granules, powder or pasty materials. It is
suitable for large or medium scale production.
This machine has characteristics of powerful motion and high
efficient mixing. There are two paddles in the horizontal container
rotate reversely at a constant speed. The design ensures materials
move radially calculating and axially in order to mix in a very
short time.
Working method:
The chain is driven by a directly connected reducer, which drives
the double shaft rotor to move in reverse at a certain speed. In
the process of movement, the blades on the shaft on the one hand
make the material move forward, on the other hand, make the
material move forward. Throw it radially into the sloping front
space. The materials on both sides move in their own reverse area,
move back and forth to obtain the direction, and dissolve each
other into a state of penetration and mixing, so as to form a
rotating vortex in the weight-loss fluidization area, and form a
rotating vortex in the center part, and move continuously along the
axial and radial direction, thus forming a complete combined cycle,
so as to quickly obtain a uniform mixing effect.
