BSG grinding set is developed by my company absorbing the advantages of many

Working method:
The raw material enters the grinding chamber through the feed
hopper, is impacted by the high-speed rotating cutter, thrown into
the fixed lining plate, and then bounced and sheared. There is a
high-speed fan blade beside the grinding chamber, which produces
positive pressure air flow. Under the action of pressure air, the
powder passes through the screen faster and is absorbed into the
cyclone separator.
Main components:
1. Crusher part: There are several knife types for choices, just
depends on what material you need to grind.You can change powder
size by changing different screen meshes.
2. Cyclone part:cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules).
3. Pulse Dust Collecting box:With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be
collected very conviniently.
