BSU universal crusher is widely applied in industries of
food,medical,chemical...etc.For grinding of dry and fragile
materials. Materials with low softening point and big viscosity are
not appropriate for this machine.
The whole machine is made of stainless steel. The inner surface of
the enclosure becomes smooth through processing,thus changing the
powder residual phenomenon due to the coarse inner surface of the
previous models.As a result,the production of medicine,food and
chemical products can better conform to the state standard and the
GMP requirements.
Working method:
The main shaft is equipped with a movable fluted disc on which
three movable gear rings are installed. On the door there installs
a fixed fluted disc equipped with two fixed gear rings with steel
teeth. Movable gears on the movable fluted disc intersect with the
fixed gear rings. While the main shaft turns at high speed, the
movable fluted disc rotates simultaneously to throw the materials
into the gap between hammers. The crushing effect is therefore
achieved by combined actions, such as mutual impact, cutting and
abrading, between materials and gears or between materials
themselves. The finished products are discharged from the crushing
room to the collection bag after being sifted by the sifter while
crude granules continue to be crushed. Crushing of finished
products can be adjusted by the sifter. The air-cooling method is
adopted, which can also prolong the service life of the machine.
