Our ZKS vacuum feeding machine is made up of such configurations as vacuum pumping (without oil
and water ), material sucked port (stainless steel ),ransferring
soft pipe, PE filter or filter made of SS 316L, revering blowing
compressed air device, pneumatic discharging device, vacuum
material bowl and autsmatical device for controlling the material
posi- tion etc.
It can be widely used in magnetic materials industry, food
processing industry, plastic processing industry, coatings
industry, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry etc.
Working method:
When compressed air goes through the Vacuum generator, vacuum
generators produce negative pressure to form the vacuum airflow,
and thus materials are sucked into suction nozzle and reach the
chamber of feeding machine through the suction tube. The filter
separates materials from air completely. when the chamber is full
of materials, the controller will automatically cut off the gas
source and vacuum generators stop working. At the same time the
chamber door opens automatically and materials fall into the hopper
of equipment. Meanwhile, compressed air cleans the filter
automatically through the pulse back-flushing valve. The feeding
machine will be started automatically to load materials again, when
the time is up or the material level sensor sends out signals.
Main features:
1. The whole machine is powered by vortex air pump, which is
oil-free, waterless and maintenance-free.
2. The whole conveying process is completed in a completely closed
state, eliminating dust pollution.
3. The machine is of building block type, and the barrel body is
connected with quick opening clamp, which is convenient for
disassembly and cleaning.
4. Less energy consumption, low noise and convenient control.
