Our BSG self-absorb grinding set consists of hopper,fixed
discs,rotating discs,motor,dust collector (optional),control box
and other related parts.It makes use of the high speed relative
movement of the movable fixed disc and the rotating disc to crush
the materials through the comprehensive effect of striking and
friction of the fluted disc as well as the mutual striking of the
materials.the crushed material can be discharged directly from the
grinding chamber of the machine and the desired granule size can be
obtained by installing screens with different apertures.Besides,the
whole machine is made of stainless steel.The inner surface of the
enclosure becomes smooth through processing,thus changing the
powder residual phenomenon due to the coarse inner surface of the
previous models.As a result,the production of medicine,food and
chemical products can better conform to the national standard and
the GMP requirement.
Working method:
The raw material enters the grinding chamber through the feeding
hopper, is impacted by the high-speed rotating tool, is thrown into
the fixed liner, and is then bounced and sheared. There is a
high-speed fan blade next to the grinding chamber, which generates
a positive pressure airflow. Under the action of pressure air, the
powder passes through the screen faster and is absorbed by the
cyclone dust collector. Some ultra-fine powder enters the pulse
dust box. During the production process No waste, no dust flying
around.
Main components:
1. Crusher part: there are many types of knifes for you to choose. It just depends
on the material to be ground. If you want to change the particle
size of the powder, you only need to change the screen.
2. Cyclone part: can separate dust and powder (grain), and the rotary valve can
make the powder discharge speed uniform. This part is made of
stainless steel for easy cleaning and disassembly.
3. Pulse Dust Collecting box: there are multiple dust collection bags in the box, and the bag
holder is stainless steel. Easy to disassemble, clean and remove
dust.
