BSDF advanced hammer mill can grind all kinds of food powder and granular raw materials. It
adopts welded-steel plate construction. The motor and hammer mill
are installed on the same base. Triangle tape transmission is
applied. The rotor is tested by dynamic balance, and can be
positive and negative work. The feeding hole is on the top of the
hammer mill. Hammer pieces are symmetrically arranged. This machine
features rational structure, durability, on the safe side, easy
installation, convenient operation, slight vibration, high grinding

Working method:
The materials to be crushed are fed from the top feed port, and
then sucked into the coarse crushing area by the negative pressure
of the fan for coarse crushing, and the large particles after
coarse crushing enter the medium crushing area for the second
crushing. After the secondary crushing, the particles are separated
from each other by the grading wheel, and the particles that meet
the requirements of fine crushing enter the fine crushing area for
crushing. The large particles that do not meet the requirements of
the fine crushing area continue to remain in the medium crushing
area for re crushing. The pulverized powder in the fine crushing
area is discharged from the crushing chamber through the negative
pressure air flow of the fan through the discharge port with the
assistance of the blower wheel, and then enters the cyclone
separator. The finished product is discharged by itself through the
electric rotary valve at the bottom of the separator. The dust
containing gas enters into the dedusting box, the powder is blocked
in the dedusting box by the cloth bag inside the dedusting box, and
the clean gas is discharged from the fan outlet.
Main features:
1) The mill does not require a sieve or sieve! The powder size is
changed by changing the speed.
2) Since there is no screen in the mill, there is no heat rise in
the mill.

quality is affected by the heat from the rolling mill. This is why

containing fibers or oils.
4) The crusher part combines the coarse crusher, medium and fine
mills together to make fine powder directly from large raw
