BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is applied for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, magnetic
material and powder industries, representing a new generation
pulverizer which combine crushing with dust absorption and
continuously discharging.
This machine doesn't need a screen/sieve in the mill chamber, if
you want to change the powder particle size, just change the speed
by inverter.
Working method:
Raw material is transported into the milling chamber via hopper by
screw feeder, been cut and sheared by the high speed rotating
cutters and gear rings inside the chamber to complete the
pulverizing process, and the matched sizes powders will be
classified out from the chamber by the help of the air classifying
device, the RPM of classifying device is adjustable for ensure the
classified out powder's size be different as required. Then the
powders go into the cyclone unit and discharging. Some mini-powder
dust will be suck into the Dust-Collector for recycling. The whole
process are complete sealed, makes sure no dust flying situation
and clean production.

1. The raw materials’ milling process and powder’s classifying are
equipped in one same chamber, but working individually. Makes sure
its compact structure and there is no over milling for the
materials.
2. Raw material products’ milling/classifying/final output powder
are processed in a complete system with de-dusting, makes sure no
powder dust pollution, ideal equipment for environmental protection
system.
3. Adjustable output powder size, easy maintenance operation,
compact construction, widely applications.
4. By the different industry requirements, the equipment can be
made in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel(304/316), etc.
4. Equipped with Cooling Jacket for the milling chamber shell,
Buffer Liner, Bearing Blocks. Makes sure no over temperature into
the machine during milling. So that the raw materials’
characteristics won’t be changed because of high temp.
5. Dust collecting unit equipped with Pulse dedusting system, with
filtering cloth bag, which is easy dismantling type, easy taking
apart for cleaning. With perfect dedusting result, avoid the
filtering bags been block situation happens.
