BSL double shaft paddle mixer is widely used in chemicals, cosmetics, detergents, pesticides,
dyes, food, brewing, feed, building materials, ceramics, coatings,
resins and other materials. It has the characteristics of short
stirring time and high stirring uniformity.
Main features:
1. Discharging door adopted full open structure and big
angle,ensure material complete discharge and decrease vestigital.
2. The discharging door molding rubber seal to ensure no leakage
material.
3. Shaft end adopted packing seal, without leakage material, big
access door structure, easy for clean and change paddle.
4. Equipped with oil liquid adding system, can add variety of
liquid.
5. According to the need can choose stainless steel or
semi-stainless steel or carbon steel material to manufacture.
6. Low wearing of the belt, easy to maintenance and repair.
7. Material mixing uniformity in zero gravity, not affected by
material particle size, density and other factors.
Working method:
Double-shaft paddle mixer consists of two rotors with reverse
rotation directions, welding many paddles in the rotor with
different special angles. Paddles make the materials
counterclockwise rotating along slot inner wall, and make materials
stirring left and right. The overlapped area of two rotors makes a
zero-gravity area, no matter what size, shape and bulk density
materials are, they are even mixed in the mixer.
