We are BY FOOD WARMER, a Chinese Manufacturer of Heat lamp food
warmer, Carving station, Chafing dish and Special rotating chafing
station and mobile chafing station.
We professionally design and produce high end buffet wares. We
endeavor designing longer life and user friendly products and
customized products/parts to satisfy our clients demand. The easy
maintenance design of our chafing dishes and heat lamp food warmers
allow our clients to remove or take out parts easily, simple as
kid’s DIY toys but functional as professional buffet restaurant
setting.
We provide flexible order options to our clients, from parts
combination of product to order services. We provide our
suggestions to help our clients choose the right parts and right
products. This multiply options and combinations also help our
customized clients to have their own design flexibly.
We are manufacturer, we can do more flexible than wholesaler
services, but we have no MOQ requirement to our clients which is
same as some wholesaler offer. We are more professional than
wholesaler in products and industry.
BY FOOD WARMER is a German brand, we focus in professional high end
buffet wares development and supply. We choose food grade materials
and keep improving our product design and quality to meet the
market requirement.

Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are factory, located in Shaoxing city, Zhejiang Province. We
also have partner wholesale shop in Guangzhou ShaXi Hotel Supply
Market.
Q: Do you have any certificate?
A: All of our products can pass any official lab tests, we can
provide support with necessary materials, but we have NO
CERTIFICATE to be provided, all tests will be done by customer and
all cost related to the tests will be paid by customer.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: No MOQ requirement on products.
FOB TERMS: Minimum Order Amount US$3000 (In case the order amount less than
USD3000, customer will be charged extra USD500 handling fee)
EXW TERMS: No Minimum Order Amount, Shipment cost will be quote separately
according to the exact order shipping agent quotation.
Q: What's your production lead time?
A: Production lead time : 5-15 days.
Q: What's your payment terms?
A:
* TT 30% Deposite, 70% Balance against B/L.
(First order terms as 50% DEPOSITE, 50% BALANCE BEFORE SHIPMENT)
* Other payment terms could be discussed.
Q: Do you arrange delivery and shipment?
A: Yes. Free courier delivery in China mainland, you can nominate
your Chinese warehouse to us and enjoy the free delivery service.
Expotation shipment will be depends on the shipping company
quotation. Clients are welcome to nominate your shipping company as
well. We have Chinese Government Approved Export License.
Q: How do you protect the goods in delivery and what's your
compensation terms in case broken in delivery?

Easy broken parts will be special wrapped.
All packages will be consider to have wooden crate or wooden case
in bulk packing (Plywood packing without fumigation).If the import
country has any restriction on the packaging, please contact us for
details before final quotation.
