DMF pulse valve diaphragm is the compressed air "switch" of the
dust cleaning and injection system of the pulse bag filter. Under
the control of the output signal of the pulse injection controller,
the filter bags are injected one by one (chamber) to clean the
dust, so as to keep the resistance of the dust remover within the
set range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust
collection efficiency of the dust remover. DMF electromagnetic
pulse valve is a right angle valve, with an angle of 90 ° between
the inlet and outlet, which is suitable for the installation and
connection of the air bag and the dust remover spray pipe. The air
flow is smooth, which can provide the ash cleaning air pulse with
the required durability and ejection effect. The electromagnetic
pulse valve controls the opening and closing of the unloading hole
of the valve body according to the electrical signal. When the
valve body is unloaded, the pressure gas in the back cavity of the
valve is discharged. The pressure gas in the front cavity of the
valve is throttled by the negative pressure hole on the diaphragm,
the diaphragm is lifted, and the pulse valve carries out the
injection. When the valve body stops unloading, the pressure gas
quickly fills the rear chamber of the valve through the damping
hole. Because of the difference of the stress area on both sides of
the diaphragm on the valve body, the gas force in the rear chamber
of the valve is large, the diaphragm can reliably close the valve's
nozzle, and the pulse valve stops blowing. The electric signal is
timed in millisecond. When the pulse valve is opened, strong impact
air flow will be generated, so as to realize instantaneous blowing
