The diaphragm of electromagnetic pulse valve is a high-quality
rubber diaphragm which is installed with riveting head to block the
compressed air pipe or the outlet of the valve, the vent unloading
hole and the bolt hole for fixing the support around. It is the key
control part of electromagnetic pulse valve.
working principle:
The electromagnetic pulse valve is the "switch" of the blowing air
circuit of the dust cleaning system of the pulse bag filter, and
the diaphragm in the valve body is the key to its normal operation.
The pulse controller controls the diaphragm in the valve body to
vibrate into the pulse "impulse" on the street to blow the dust.
The area controlled by the diaphragm at the back is larger than
that controlled by the front, and the air pressure force is large.
Place the diaphragm in a critical position. The electric signal is
input by the pulse controller, which makes the electromagnetic
pilot head attractive and transportable, and opens the unloading
hole. The pressure gas controlled by the diaphragm is discharged
rapidly. The pressure gas controlled in front of the diaphragm
lifts the diaphragm, opens the channel of the electromagnetic pulse
valve and blows into the street, the electrical signal disappears,
the spring of the electromagnetic pilot head makes the moving
column immediately reset and closes the unloading hole, the gas
pressure and spring force controlled in rear of the diaphragm make
the diaphragm close the channel, the electromagnetic pulse valve
stops blowing, and the resistance hole on the diaphragm starts when
the dynamic column of the pilot head is lifted and the gas pressure
is unloaded When the unloading is closed, the pressure gas will be
filled into the rear chamber quickly, and the diaphragm will close
the channel and stop blowing.
