Refining Furnace
LF-40T three-phase ladle refining furnace uses overhead type, one
dual-car furnace layout. It has the functions of electric arc
heating, argon stirring, temperature measurement, sampling, fine
tuning of alloy composition.
As the intermediate link of connecting converter and continuous
casting equipment, this equipment plays an important role in
improving the quality of steel water, expanding variety, and
arranging the process of the workshop.
Processing steel: alloy steel, bearing steel, mould steel, carbon
steel, etc.

2.1Mechanical equipment specification
LF-40t ladle refining furnace includes mechanical equipment and
electrical equipment. Mechanical equipment is mainly composed of
ladle, the ladle car, water cooling furnace cover, furnace cover
hoisting mechanism and bridge, electrode lifting system, heavy
current lines, hydraulic system, cooling water system, argon gas
system, etc.
