Automatic decapper description:

Automatic decapping machine is a special equipment for the capping treatment of 5 gallon drinking water recovery cask, which has the advantages of simple structure, good capping effect, less damage, small deformation, and effective utilization, etc.

Microcomputer control cap extractor from the bottle inlet → check lid → pull lid → cap recovery → bottle outlet. The whole operation process is controlled by PLC, accurate positioning is completed automatically, using less manpower and low labor intensity. The complete set of equipment adopts imported series or domestic famous brand series hardcover electrical components to make the performance more stable and reliable.

Gallon water production steps:

The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which features firm structure, stable operation and easy operation and maintenance. The capping machine is driven by cylinder. The main machine is controlled by PLC. It is mainly composed of frame, capping head, guiding and prosecution mechanism and other parts.

With automatic detection of whether there is a barrel, automatic stop, start. Capping machine can be used alone, or online layout to achieve assembly line work.

The cap is mainly composed of the cap claw, cylinder and other parts. The cap can be adjusted up and down. The cap claw can be fine-tuned to avoid damage to the bottle mouth.

The host machine is controlled by PLC. When the bottle runs to the position of lid pulling, the lid pulling head drops, the lid pulling claw grasps the edge of the lid of the barrel and lifts the lid of the barrel. After the cap is removed, the cap jaw is automatically released and the cap is blown to the outlet by compressed air. Capping process does not hurt the bottle mouth, capping speed can be adjusted.
