Automatic bottle feeding system:

When the barrel is transported to the automatic bucket loading device through the conveyor chain, the photoelectric sensor detects that there are barrelsl on the chain, and then the cylinder on the bottle rack will start, the barrel will be transferred to the bucket plate on the top bucket rack, the electrical control will start the cylinder on the bucket rack, the barrel will be sent to the bucket washing machine on the conveyor chain. After strict analysis and calculation of the mechanism, the barrel mouth after automatic loading is aligned with the fixed cup of the barrel washing machine.

Bottle rinsing:

Bottle washing part is composed of bottle washing drive mechanism, bottle holder, liquid medicine bottle washing water pump, medicine water tank, water purification bottle washing and filling water pump, bottle washing drive cylinder, etc.

Bottle filling:
