Equipment description:
The equipment consists of four processes, the first line of
disinfectant water washing, the second line of pure water washing,
the third line of filling, the fourth line of sealing. It is used
for the filling of non-gas beverage such as juice, high level tank
and backflow system to make the filling fast, stable and accurate,
ensure the filling temperature of materials and reduce the material
loss.
Among them the mesa uses is the stainless steel layer mesa, the
machine on the mesa joins the structure to reduce the center of
gravity, the space of the rotary cover head reduces, at the same
time increases the number of magnets inside, the torque is even and
adjustable. In addition, the part of the screw cover is made of one
piece, which makes it more durable. The parts in contact with the
material are made of food grade stainless steel 304.
Product features:
1) Air feeding device is adopted for bottle feeding, and suspension
card bottleneck is adopted to speed bottle feeding and avoid bottle
deformation.
2) Washing bottle mouth adopts advanced card bottleneck technology
to avoid contact with the threaded mouth, which is more sanitary.
Bottle conveying adopts card bottleneck technology to change bottle
shape without adjusting the height, and only need to change the
protection plate related to the diameter of bottle body.
3) The filling adopts the valve lifting technology, the filling
valve adopts the new micro-pressure filling principle, the
quantitative accuracy.
4) The screw cap adopts the screwing cap technology introduced by
France, which is quick to catch and turn.
5) The host PLC and frequency converter adopt famous brands, such
as mitsubishi, omron and so on.
