used for pure water, mineral water production.This machine adopts advanced micro - negative pressure gravity
filling principle,which has filling fast, stable, accurate, with a
perfect material return system, can also achieve independent air
return when the beverage return, no liquid contact, reduce the
material secondary pollution and oxidation.This function satisfy the requirements of under 95 ℃ hot filling,
liquid materials inlet and outlet of the filling valve without
health dead Angle, this machine is equipped with automatic CIP
cleaning device at the same time, the whole production line
equipment to wash, block is equipped with the bottle before RO
water flushing device, to ensure that drinks and bottle no moldy
phenomenon, using magnetic torque type screw LIDS, realize cover,
screw cap function. Capping moment stepless adjustable, with
constant torque capping plastic cap. The machine adopts advanced
technology such as man-machine interface touch screen control, PLC
computer program control and frequency converter control. It has
the functions of automatic control of cover supply system,

temperature alarm of materials, low temperature shutdown and
automatic backflow, no bottle without cover, bottle waiting, and
shutdown without cover
