Bottle water production line description:
This machine is suitable for bottle water production plant, we ca
provide full complete bottle water production equipment from A to
Z, Normally it includes water treatment system, bottle blowing
machine, water filling machine, labeling machine, code printer,
packing machine, there are also some auxiliary parts, air conveyor,
product conveyor, aire compressor, electric parts, and production
material like preform, cap, labels, and packing films.
In order to make the whole production line more suitable for
customer's plant factory, we will make a detailed design for whole
production line layout design, so we will need details information
from customer, like factoy size, fuction room requirement, like
office, chose changing room, toilet, and each production area like
filling room, warehour for product storage, water treatment room,
bottle blowing machine room...etc.
Bottle water production line description:

| 1 | Water treatment system | This system is used for puriying raw water into drinking water,
normally it is suitable for underground water, tap water, river
water and so on, the most used filter is Reverse osmosis system,
Ultrafiltration system, we will provide suitanle equipment to
customer raw water quality. |
| 2 | Bottle blowing machine | Bottle blowing machine is used for producing empty bottle for
filling use, it combines heating system and blowing part, we will
provide different blowing machien accoridng to customer's bottle
details and capacity. |
| 3 | Filling machine | Filling machine: Filling machine includes 3 functions in 1 machine,
bottle rinsing with water, bottle filling with driking water, cap
screwing. all these processs will be automatic, customer can
operating the equipment by touch screen, which is very convenient. |
| 4 | Labeling machine | Labeling machine: Labeling machine is for putting labels on the
bottle water after filling, accoridng to customer's demands, we
will provide suitable equipment. adhesive labeling machine, sleeve
labeling machine, OPP labeling machine, cutomer can alwasy find
their favourite machine. |
| 5 | Code printer | Code printer: It is used for printing production date, expire date
or other information on the bottle, information can be printed on
bottle body, bottle neck, or cap. mormally there 2 types printing
machine, ink type machine and lazer type machine. |
| 6 | Packing machine | Packing machine: Pakcing machine is used for packing several
bottles into one package, like 4 bottles, 6 bottles, 12 bottles, 24
bottles, which is good for storage and delivery. Normaly it use
shrink wrapping machine, or carton box packing machine. |
