This model water bottling machine combines 3 steps functions in 1 machine, empty bottle rinsing with purified water, bottle filling with drinking water, and cap screwing. Water bottling machine features:

1. Using the air conveyor access and star wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; replacing screw and conveyor chains, which makes it suitable for different bottle shape. 


2. It adopts bottleneck clamp technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment height, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough.

3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clamp is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution. 


4. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains. 


5. Host adopt advanced PLC automatic control technology.

Bottle rinsing:

1. Bottle rinsing part adopts compact structure, which ensures running situation.

2. Bottles enter into rinsing part by stare wheel, then clamp will catch bottle automatically.

3. Empty bottle will rotated in 180°semi-circle in the track during clamping moving.

4. Rinsing nozzle will inject purified to clean bottle inside.

Bottle filling:

1. Water filling tank, main shaft part, bottle holder,filling part and filling valves.

2. With automatic structure, machine can reach the purpose of no bottle no filling, which can save a lot of water.

3. High efficent filling way, which control the filling quality.

4. All water contact parts are made of high quality stainless steel.

Capping:

1. About capping part, this working part adopts high quality cap-tightener.

2. In order to suitable for various types caps, we will manufacture special cap mould according to customer cap sample.

3. Tooth profile device is used in choosing caps.

4. There is cap decting device at the bottom of cap slide, which make sure there is no inverse caps.
