CO2 Mixing machine describtion:
The CO2 mixing machine is designed accoridng to advanced technology at
home and abroad. Machine part that contacts liquid are made of low
carbon high quality stainless steel, which can meet the
requirements of food hygiene in different countries. PLC technology
is used to control the pressure and liquid level in the tank.
Abnormal situation will immediately alarm, and automatically stop
the operation of the device. The machine has compact structure,
stable and efficient operation, simple and safe operation, and is
an indispensable equipment for beverage production.
Liquid process equipment working process:

(proportional valve proportion adjustable) according to the product
set proportion, through the high pressure pump into the plate heat
exchanger to immediately cool the water and sugar mixture product
to 0~3 degrees, after cooling the mixed water through the soda
mixer injected carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide dissolved amount
adjustable. The carbonated soda is stored in a high pressure
insulated storage tank for later entry into the filling machine. |

Installation and adjustment:
1. The machine can be installed on the suitable flat cement floor
with certain bearing capacity according to the requirements of
users.
2. Adjust the bracket to keep the base basically level, and lock it
with a fixed nut after adjustment.
3. According to the requirements of the machine, connect the syrup
pipe (size 25mm), the chilled water pipe (size 25mm), the finished
product outlet pipe (size 32mm) and the CO2 inlet pipe (size
￠8~￠10mm) with the stainless steel pipe.
