Water treatment system description:
The reverse osmosis water making device is composed of solenoid
valve, high and low pressure protection switch, high pressure pump,
stainless steel membrane shell, reverse osmosis membrane, computer
water quality measuring and controlling instrument, electronic
control unit, concentrated fresh water proportional valve, flushing
valve, flow meter, pressure gauge, stainless steel frame, etc.
The principle is that under the promotion of high pressure pump,
the water molecules in the raw water can be reverse-osmosis. The
reverse osmosis membrane will retain the organic salts, heavy
metals, chemical pollutants, bacteria, viruses, and heat sources in
the water in the concentrated water phase and drain away with the
concentrated water. The water molecules and oxygen molecules will
form drinking water through the reverse osmosis membrane.
Water treatment system features:
This system adopts the optimized design to ensure the good water
quality and the reverse osmosis system to operate under high
pressure for a long time in a stable and safe manner. It can be
operated automatically or manually to achieve the overall control
of the system:

the system.

concentration and recovery.
3. Automatic quick flushing function for effective flushing of
reverse osmosis membrane.

Water treatment system composition:
It generally includes pretreatment system, reverse osmosis device,
post-treatment system, cleaning system and electrical control
system.
The pretreatment system generally includes raw water pump, dosing
device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter and precision
filter. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw
water and other impurities such as residual chlorine to meet the
reverse osmosis inlet requirements. The equipment configuration of
the pretreatment system should depend on the specific situation of
raw water.
The reverse osmosis device mainly consists of multistage
high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element, membrane
shell (pressure vessel) and bracket. Its main function is to remove
impurities in the water, so that the water meet the use
requirements.
