Liquid bottling machine description:
The machine is mainly used for glass bottle beverage production:
the machine makes washing, pulp particle filling, liquid
filling,capping four functions into one, the whole process of
automation, suitable for glass bottle filling fruit juice, mineral
water. Machine with temperature control device can also be hot
filling. The adjustment of each part is realized by turning handle,
which is easy and convenient. The machine adopts advanced
programmable frequency converter (PLC) to control the automatic
operation of the machine, and the bottle feeding chain adopts
frequency conversion speed regulation. Photoelectric detection of
the operation of the components, high degree of automation, easy to
operate. It is the ideal equipment for beverage manufacturers.
Filling method: the new type of micro-pressure filling, filling

customer with two bottle washing process, first sterilized water
