Rinsing clamp for glass bottle use Italian technology, manufacturing accuracy is very high, with high quality filling valve, our machine will control liquid level well with small fluid loss;This machine adopts aluminum cap capping system, tightly cover the bottle mouth with cap by seaming knife, the sealing effect is beautiful and the sealing property is good.

Glass bottle filling machine features:

1. During filling, the liquid flows down the bottle inside surface, effectively controlling the foam caused by the impact of the liquid during filling and preventing the overflow of the liquid.

2. This machine variable frequency speed regulating filling speed is fast equipped with overload protection and elastic bottle holding device to reduce bottle damage.

3. The main sealing parts are made of food-grade silica gel, and the main parts are made of 304 stainless steel which conforms to the food hygiene standards.

4. Equipment structure is more compact, can save more plant space for customers.

5. Applicable to a wide range of bottle height, adjustable between 150-350 mm (if customer bottle isout of range can be customized)

Bottle inlet:

It use bottle feeding screw to make empty glass bottle enter into working position one by one smoothly. The rotary speed is

suitbale for machine running speed, and this feeding screw will creat the necessary space between two bottles.

Bottle rinsing:

Bottle rinsing clamp use high quality material, to hold the most circle of bottle neck of empty bottle, make sure empty bottle is in stable situation during rinsing area. when empty bottles are automatically rotated in a 180°semi-circle on the track, it washes the bottle inside in a complete and efficient way.

Bottle filling:

It adopts micro negative pressure filling , to fill wine into glass bottle, and the motor, pump of machine adopts explosion-proof type to make sure machine running situation.

Capping:

It use aluminun cap seaming system, adopting 304 stainless steel material, beautiful and stable thread.
