Q: How to get a sample and how long ?
A: If just to check the quality,we can send out some pieces of the
product for you to check within 1 day. If send the sample as your
requests, it will 5-7 working days, and you should pay for the
sample cost as your sample requests.
Q: Sample freight is free ?
A: Sorry, by our company policy, the sample freight should be paid
by customers. Because many clients ask the sample each day, if all
is free freight, considering the long term running, it’s not a
little expense for us. So, for normal products, we provide the free
sample, you pay for the freight, hope you can understand.
Q: How about the delivery time for formal order ?
A: The usually delivery time is 15-30 days after received the
deposit.
