Applications

HPA series of horizontal balers with automatic belting, applicable in baling & belting of loose materials like scrap paper (carboard, newspaper), plastic scraps(PET bottle, plastic film or crates) & straw, etc.


Features

1. PLC control combined with window monitoring of the human-computer interface(touch screen),
synchronous action instruction chart combined with the error warning, the bale length available
for adjustment.
2. Floating convergent mouth design in three directions(left, right and upward),beneficial to automatic
pressure distribution in four sides, widely used for baling different materials.
3. Push cylinder and head connected by the sphere structure with good reliability
and long working life of oil seal.
4. Decentralized shears equipment at the feeding inlet with high shearing efficiency.
5. Automatic belting, speeding up baling.
6. Low-noise hydraulic circuit design with high efficiency and low trouble frequency
