System composition:
The movable loading and unloading platform is mainly composed of
three parts: mechanical system, hydraulic system and electrical
system.
1. The mechanical system is mainly divided into two parts: movable
lifting platform and fixed frame.
2. The hydraulic system is divided into hydraulic pump station
assembly (power element, control element, auxiliary element,
hydraulic oil) and hydraulic cylinder (executive element).The
hydraulic pump is driven by the motor to pump oil, and through the
auxiliary hydraulic components (solenoid valve, oil pipe), to push
the hydraulic actuator (cylinder), and then drive the table
surface, down.
3. The electrical system is used to control the start of motor and
the opening and closing of solenoid valve, so as to achieve the
purpose of the platform surface and descending.
