Product Description
The working strength of the cantilever crane is light. The crane is
composed of a column, a slewing arm slewing driving device and an
electric hoist. The lower end of the column is fixed on the
concrete foundation by anchor bolts.Crane slewing arm is hollow
steel structure, light weight, long span, heavy lifting weight,
economic and durable.Built-in walking mechanism, using special
engineering plastic walking wheel with rolling bearing, low
friction and brisk walking;The small size of the structure is
especially helpful to improve the trip of the hook.
Safe operation
It is not allowed to use jib crane to transport personnel.
It is not allowed to lift the load above the personnel.
It is not allowed to pull or drag the load. Overload is not
allowed. Avoid collision of lifting hook with limit switch during
normal operation.
The load spreader must be hung on the trolley by flexible
connection.Rigid connection will produce uncontrollable force,
which will eventually lead to fatigue fracture.
It is not allowed to pull the manual switch when loading. When the
rotating arm rotates manually, it can only pull the hook, and it is
not allowed to pull the manual switch and cable. The fasteners on
the jib crane shall be checked and tightened once every 6 months.
