loading and unloading bridge.
It consist in crab, crab traveling mechanism ,metal structure,
electrical appliance, the model of metal structure has single
girder and double girder etc.
The operation of every mechanism all in closed heat preservation
operation room. It is convenient for driver when operation room
move go with crab.
The type of conductor contain slide wire and cable, user can freely
select by themselves.
Environmental Conditions:
1,The power source is three-phase alternating current,rated
frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V.
2,The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and
the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3,In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s;
out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4,The working duty is A6-A7.
5,The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and
part of that should be no more than 3%.

Packaging Details
Port Container Gantry Cranes packaging standard:
1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to
reduce distortion in conveying.
2. Main beams, end beams and trolly/winch are packed by plastic
woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation.
3. If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by
container.
4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
5. Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.
