Product application:
Gantry crane: a variant of the bridge crane. It is mainly used for
loading and unloading of outdoor cargo yard, storage yard cargo and
bulk cargo. Its metal structure resembles a door-shaped frame. Two
feet are installed under the main beam, which can directly walk on
the ground track. The main beam can have outriggers at both
ends.Advantages of gantry crane: It has the characteristics of high
site utilization, large operating range, wide adaptability and
strong versatility. It is widely used in port cargo yards.

Gantry Crane Classification:
Single Girder Gantry Crane
* Lifting capacity is 5 to 20 ton.
* Span is 12 to 30 meters
* Lifting height is 6 to 12m
* Appication: used at open or room ground and warehouses, yards
etc.
Double Girder Gantry Crane
* Lifting capacity is up to 500ton.
* Span is 12m to 35m.
* Lifting height up to 12m.
* Applied large outside workshop warehouse or railway, road, subway
building, etc.
Semi Gantry Crane
* Lifting capacity: 2 to 10 tons
* Span: 10~20m

2. Other installation site altitude shall not exceed 2,000 meters
and should check motor capacity when above 1000m.
3. Flammable,explosive and corrosive gas are forbidden in the work
environment.
4. The crane is forbidden to lift fuse and blend deleterious
article and flammable explosive article

Packaging Details
Port Container Gantry Cranes packaging standard:
1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to
reduce distortion in conveying.
2. Main beams, end beams and trolly/winch are packed by plastic
woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation.
3. If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by
container.
4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
5. Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.
